Murphy’s Law 1
Isn’t it just like Murphy’s Law to have all the presents under the tree from Santa all ready for your kids to run so excitedly to in the morning. You check your digital camera to make sure the batteries are good, there is enough memory space, and ah yes you want to snap a few pics of the presents before they get tossed all around. Oh Shit! The camera has taken a crap! It tells me there is no memory space…ok I go to delete…now I get file is empty. Ok, I can deal with that. I put in another memory card…same thing. Ok, lets change the batteries and see if that was it. Nope. Damn thing has truly taken a crap. So it is 12:45 am and the hubby is off to Wally-world…in hopes they are still open to make a quick buck. At least I checked it before going to bed…

UPDATE:
Nope…Wally-world was NOT open…wow that’s a first. We did end up getting one of those one time use digital camera’s at a 24 hour drug store…all was good Christmas morning. The kids enjoyed opening their presents and we got pics!
Head Start
Today my older son said one of those comments that was just too cute. I was coming out of the grocery store back to the car, while he was in the car trying to get his car seat belt on before I got to the car. He didn’t manage to do it before I got there and began to pout and get upset. I told him it was alright and not fair because I had a head start. Then he told me I needed to go to the doctor for my head start. LOL
