Another one gone
Here it is another Friday and I am the last one at work except for “S”. I come back from the restroom to find our supervisors door shut and “S” was not at her desk. Now I know she is not in the restroom and moments before I went to the restroom I saw the head of HR head into my supervisors office. This is NOT GOOD PEOPLE! What the hell is going on. I had a bad day and I was not sticking around, I wanted to get home. On my way home “S” calls me. “Hey, I’m no longer working for “X” Company now.” WTF!!! They just flipping laid her off too!!! I thought there were not going to be any more layoffs in our department. That is what our supervisor said two weeks ago. Remember this blog about it. I can’t believe what is happening. I’ve been pretty busy lately too. What happens now? Who gets her work? Who knows how to do her job? Not me, that’s for sure. This is crazy! This economy sucks big time. The hubby and I have been thinking about moving to another country may be a good idea. South Africa, the British Virgin Islands, something to that nature. I feel really bad for “S”. Hell I hate to see anyone loose their job.

That is so wrong. In the mean time they will probably expect you to take on more and more work. Not right.
Don’t move to South Africa.
